Phase 1 // Aasta Hansteen:
Vertikal Service provided method planning for all height-related tasks in connection with the decommissioning of sea fastening and the float-off operation on SPAR (the substructure of the Aasta Hansteen platform).
Phase 2 // Installation and rigging operations:
- Our operators carried out the installation of cable trays, signal cables, and monitoring instruments.
- Lifting operations related to the removal of load carriers and large barrier frames.
- Welding operations.
- Fall protection courses and inspection of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on-site.
Phase 3 // Inspection:
After the float-off operation, Vertikal Service performed structural inspection of the tanks (eddy current and visual inspection).
- Welding of inspection platforms and access points.
Delivery
Vertikal Service provided 6,500 hours, including planning and execution in the project.
The project was delivered as planned and without pollution to the external environment.
