Chipping away damaged and poor concrete, sandblasting, and corrosion treatment. Design and production of a habitat to ensure the right climate during the concrete rehabilitation. Spray casting of the damaged area.
The project was carried out in connection with the draining of the reservoir.
The project was particularly challenging as it was conducted during the winter months. Inspections during and after completion show that the quality was satisfactory. All work on the dam slab was performed using access techniques.
